What Is The Key to Manifesting?

I’m sure you’ve heard a lot about manifestation before, it’s become quite a talked about topic lately. Maybe you’re skeptical, maybe you’re intrigued, maybe this post caught your attention because like me certain topics draw on your curiosity at certain times and you have learned to follow this labyrinth of intuition.

I will try to give you grains of truth, not a fluffed up pillow talk version of the subject, but something small and hopefully of substance.

What I can say is that understanding my ability to manifest, including the things that i am manifesting subconsciously has had a profound impact on my life.

What Is Manifesting

How To Start Manifesting

One of most eloquent and timeless forms of manifestation is prayer. Not necessarily in the religious sense, although religion can be the basis for a beautiful prayer. I’m talking mostly about prayer in the emotional sense. The moment where you let go the need to control a situation and direct all of your energy into the intention you are praying for. Our emotions and internal state of being have a profound impact on our reality and truly understanding this is the first step to manifestation.

Visualize what you want as though you already have it

Manifesting Law of Attraction

Our minds can’t tell the difference between things that happen inside our heads and outside of them, just think of how muddled our memories get or the strong emotions that come up just thinking about the future. Sometimes dreams even feel real and directed daydreams, or intentional visualization has a powerful impact on our waking reality.

When you let go the wanting and the need to attain something you make space for it to naturally manifest into your life. Instead of putting your focus into the sense of lack, focus on how you will feel when you have it.

What Does Manifesting Mean

It’s a simple practice but if I think of the times in my life that I’ve manifested situations without force and the times I’ve felt like I was struggling to get somewhere it all comes back to the way I thought about the situation. Our thoughts tire us out more than anything, and when we can shift our focus from all the steps we have to take to the reason that we’re taking them, it’s a lot easier to take action. And all you really have to do is take one step at a time.

Alan Watts has a lovely analogy about washing dishes. Instead of tiring yourself out thinking about all the plates and pots and pans you need to wash you simply start at it, and when you can shift your mindset, even fractionally, they all get done though, just one at a time. The difference is that if you’re thinking about all the plates you have to wash you will exhaust yourself before you even start the washing up! But reversely, if you keep your attention on the clean peaceful kitchen that you’re creating the work will be down with a great deal less conscious effort.

Manifesting Your Desires

Visualize the details. The exact scenario and how you feel when it happens. I always like to write things down, or say them out loud, to myself or other people. Something about letting an idea into the world makes it clearer and in turn easier to manifest. It also gives it a chance to become more real, to move from the realm of fantasy to a reality that you can create for yourself.

How Do You Manifest Immediately

You are always manifesting instantly. It’s just sometimes you know that you are instantly manifesting a process that seems to take time.

And again take the path of least resistance. The path of least resistance is not a straight shot to a goal, in fact you may look track of the goal all together. But you will become a part of the process and when you look back you will clearly see how life was unfolding all along.

Trusting Manifestation

So take the time to pause before any action towards manifestation and establish where the intention is coming from. Assure yourself that the action is being taken from a place that is authentic. Make sure that your intention comes from a place of passion and individual expression for if you get caught up in competition or different games of life you are not manifesting for the right reasons, and whatever you bring into your life may not be what you truly need at all.

Let go any necessity.

Manifestation is not something that you need to control, it happens naturally when your intentions are clear; and your need for something to happen is exactly what often blocks the situation from unfolding naturally. Beliefs shape so much of what we take as real and this is the real key to manifestation. Believe you will get there, the rest is just a matter of taking the natural steps to sorting it all out.

My manifesto these couple days is to become a professional writer. I started off writing my autobiographic short stories.
Leaving an empty space in mind not being needy for more quickly is harder emotionally as I am getting older. It is true having space for less will eventually more at the end. I liked your analogical explanations. Thank you for posting it.
